New features
1	New scenario menu allows to create new empty scenarios for satellites, areas of interest and antennas.
2	New option to export relative orbit tracks in the GPX format, compatible with Google Earth. The tracks are relative to the Earth rotating body frame.
3	Cloud forecasts are now available in one-hour steps, provided by NOAA's National Weather Service. The data is available with a temporal resolution of 1 hour out to 120 hours, then 3 hours for days 5 to 16.
4	Data links horizon profile masks will now be oriented to a defined direction. By default this direction is nadir, but it can be modified by configuring a different pointing direction on the data link arrow properties. The antenna acquisition timelines will take into account the pointing direction of the data link.
5	Workspaces now save and restore timelines of visibilities between satellites and antennas, and between satellites and satellites, whenever generated.
6	Now it is possible to create text labels on the map. See menu Tools / Labels...
7	Importing ESOV SCF (Swath Control Files) has been modified so that the user is warned whenever the input data spills over the current simulation time window, and the imported swaths are created over a cloned instrument
8	Importing planning files from satellites (e.g. Sentine-1, Sentinel-2, Landsat,...) supports now a remote update of its configuration file, so that new launched satellites that publish acquisition plans will query the remote planning service automatically.
